Welcome to Lifinia. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms. Lifinia is currently in beta, which means features may change, move, or be removed as we improve the product with real user feedback.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old to use Lifinia.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Lifinia to break the law, harass others, upload malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of your current billing period. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid month.

4. AI-generated content

Lifinia uses AI to produce briefings, plans, and coaching suggestions. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat it as guidance, not professional advice. See our Disclaimer for details on financial, medical, and legal considerations.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it so we can operate the product for you. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is." During beta, we do not guarantee uptime, feature stability, or long-term data retention, though we work hard to protect both.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email or in-app before they take effect.
