Privacy Policy

This page describes what Lifinia collects, why, and how you can control it. Lifinia is currently in beta.

What we collect

• Account info: email address and the profile fields you enter.
• Content you create: goals, habits, financial snapshots, health entries, family details, vault checklist, meal plans, and coach conversations.
• Usage signals: aggregate events like "signed in", "viewed pricing", "checkout started" so we can improve the product.
• Payment records: handled by Stripe. We store your plan tier and status, not card numbers.

How we use it

• To run the product for you: personalize your dashboard, generate briefings, and power the AI coach.
• To fix bugs, improve reliability, and prioritize what to build next.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, receipts, service notices).

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share individual account content with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

AI processing

When you use the AI coach, briefings, or insights, relevant parts of your profile and recent data are sent to our AI provider so the model can respond with context. Providers process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it to train their models.

Data storage & security

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security so each user can only see their own rows. Access is over TLS. We follow reasonable industry practices, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your controls

• Update or clear most fields directly in the app.
• Export or delete your account by emailing officiallifinia@gmail.com or via the in-app feedback button.
• Manage billing and cancel your subscription from Settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Lifinia is not intended for users under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
